Sales Development Representative

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Sales Development Representative to assist with our sales activities. Hungry new college grads and entry-level candidates excite us! As an SDR, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients and initiating the sales process. What We're Looking For:
Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively identify and pursue new leads through various channels, including research, networking, and prospecting.
Customer Relationship Development: Cultivate and nurture meaningful relationships with prospective and existing customers. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.
Sales Goal Achievement: Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass assigned sales targets. Continuously evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures to ensure success.
Product and Service Promotion: Educate customers about the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products and services. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and present persuasive sales arguments to influence purchasing decisions.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Effective Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to align sales strategies and objectives. Report on sales activities, results, and market trends to sales management and relevant departments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Goal-driven mindset with an ability to exceed sales targets.
Exceptional customer service skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to manage leads and track sales performance.
